ABOUT MY PRACTICE
Seeking calm and focus in busy Cairo life, I started practicing Yoga in 2013 and completed my 200h Sivananda YTT in 2016. I am also a certified Pilates Level 2 teacher with Michael King Pilates School and AcroYoga International teacher. I love bringing different aspects of moment into my classes building strong Vinyasa Flows with focus on core strength and alignment.

CORE FLOW
Core Flow class is a strong Flow class including Pilates inspired elements that will help build core stability, tone the muscles and increase overall strength through proper alignment. The class starts with Pranayama exercises to bring the focus in and build up heat followed up by few rounds of sun salutations and core focused flows and ends with gentle stretches.
ACRO YOGA
AcroYoga is a dynamic partner practice that blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics and the loving kindess of the healing arts. It is a fun way to exercise and connect with others. There are three primary roles: The base, flyer and spotter. We playfully support, encourage, and inspire each other as a group in a safe and supportive environment. The class often begins with games creating unity and playful fellowship, then structure the skills for progressive learning. AcroYoga is a powerful way to develop more strength, connect with your inner child, with others and feel more empowered and joyful than ever.


THAI YOGA MASSAGE
I came to know Thai Massage (Nuad Thai / Nuad Boran) through Acroyoga and fell in love with the deeply nurturing practice allowing for deeper connection with the self and the others though the practice of mindful touch. Traditional Thai massage is an ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines called sen, and assisted yoga postures.Â
The body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked in order to clear energy blockages and relieve tension. Traditional Thai massage is also a spiritual discipline that can bring the treatment session to a focused and deep level.
